OUR TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERS
All athletes go through a 1 on 1 assessment with a coach. Here we establish goals, gather baseline numbers, and create a plan. Athletes learn how to properly warm up and are taught proper exercise techniques.
Athletes follow a structured program to build quality movements patterns. Each athletes is taught their own individualized program under the supervision of the coach.
Speed & Agility
Drills and coaching to teach our athletes to run faster, jump higher, and efficiently change direction. We teach skills that will directly relate to increased performance on the field.
Our athletes learn to make nutritious food choices to properly fuel their bodies. We strive to develop healthy habits that will last long after their playing days are over including goal setting and mindset skills.
